Wanting to be an attorney since childhood, Dawn Scott sees her work as an opportunity to make things right for those in need. Dawn proves to be both accessible and compassionate. Sensitive to her clients’ needs, she aims to treat each client as if he or she were her only client.

Dawn grew up on a farm in eastern Colorado. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2001 with a B.A. in history and a minor in political science. While attending law school, Dawn received the “Outstanding Pro Bono Student” award from the Wyoming State Bar for her work with a domestic violence clinic. She received her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2005. After passing the bar exam in 2005, Dawn joined Bonner Stinson, P.C., where she focuses on personal injury law.

Since moving to Cody, Dawn has become heavily involved in the community. She is a member of the local Reach Out program, an organization devoted to helping women in the community. She also has served on the Relay for Life committee for the last three years, helping to raise funds for cancer research and awareness. Additionally, she worked on a juror appreciation committee to help raise awareness of juror service and to applaud the role of juries in the justice system.
